These efforts have included supporting initiatives focused on hunger relief, honoring service members, youth development, and breast cancer awareness.
Through organizations such as Rise Against Hunger, Wreaths Across America, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the National Breast Cancer Foundation, and many others, our teams have contributed to building stronger and more inclusive communities.
How our people give back
Change happens when people step up. At TSG, we help make that possible. We encourage our employees to support their local communities through volunteer time off, team activities, donation drives, and opportunities to give back together.
One day, one choice, countless lives impacted
Every year, employees can earn a Community Service Holiday, an extra paid day off dedicated to volunteering. It is a simple way we celebrate the impact our people make when they give their time to causes that matter.
When our people give their time, we give back too
Giving back deserves more than recognition, it deserves support. Through our Dollars for Doers program, employees who volunteer with eligible charities can unlock direct donations to the causes they care about.
For every 25 hours of service, TSG donates $250 to the nonprofit selected by the employee — turning personal passion into collective impact.
Generosity grows stronger when it’s doubled
When our employees give, we match their generosity. The Matching Gifts Program doubles the impact of contributions with one-to-one donations to eligible nonprofits, ensuring more resources reach the causes that matter most.
